“Had a problem finding APH Meet and Greet and ended up at the departure level and had to pay £5.0O Needs a separate large sign with the APH logo and meet and greet.
Other than that we had a very friendly greeting on arrival and on our return we went to collect our car and as I have a mobility problem it was parked right next to the office.

“Great service but it has changed and caused us some confusion in both directions. Particularly on return, the signposting in arrivals is lacking and nobody we could find seemed to know where the collection boxes were. We eventually sussed it after 20 minutes of backwards and forwards. It will be easier next time so long as it is not changed again.”
“The Actual Meet and Greet T2 was great. We had a last minute flight change, when I called APH "nothing to do with us" Fortunately on my second call I got a helpful assistant who gave me a number to call for the actual company, they were very helpful.”
“Arrived 19th jan on a snowy morning never been to M & G before always come in by mini bus.It was all well signposted easy to find and with men around directing us easy to park up sign in and go through to term 2.On return a bit harder to find M&G more signs would help ,but once found was easy to find my car and be on our way, would use it again and recommend to friends.”
