“It was a smooth process. The staff was really kind and accommodating. They all know which terminal your flight carrier will be. They are really helpful and give you directions if needed.”
“The staff at the automatic checki in are consistently helpful and necessary as the touch screen check in screen is simply not fit for purpose. It is not intuitive and very clunky. If it wasn't for the helpful staff I would not use the facility.
The key redemption on return is brilliant and simple”
“Great location. Just drop car off, hand over key and very short walk to terminal. On return there is a severe lack of direction signs to meet and greet inside terminal. Instructions say use barcode and box with your key will open but it didn't. I had to go back to reception. A very good product that perhaps needs a couple of tweaks.”
“The handover process was really smooth and the drop off point was only a short walk from the airport which was good. On the way back collecting the car we had to go to the information desk as the instructions were unclear. The email said the collection point in T1 was opposite Greggs but it was outside. When we were pointed in the right direction collection was really straight forward but the directions may need clarifying on the confirmation email. Thanks.”
