“Very good service by Manchester Airport, but got ripped off by APH for booking an additional day close to my departure date. They charged me over 110 pounds for one day. Totally outrageous.”
“Since my last visit they have automated the process and now interact with a screen. After completing all the missung details of my booking it printed out a sticker to attach to the keyfob of my car. The printout was spoilt, there was nowhere to attach to the key, but a tiewrap and plastic bag were available on the side. Because of the print error I had to hang around to speak to the 1 advisor who took the key with a suggestion he would have to re-print. Overall not a very good experience. Not sure I would use again for the additional cost of doing it myself.! Are the going to rename it from meet and greet to serve yourself?”
