“Booked as I always do online. When we got there our car booking was not accepted by the automated gate. We had to wait for a member of staff to answer the call then advised to park in a different lane. It was a good job it wasnt busy as it would have been very stressful keeping everyone waiting and wondering what had happened. After a further discussion the booking was found with no explanation why the barrier didnt work. We pay good money for this service if it doesnt work smoothly we need a partial refund! Nothing was offered but a sort of apology.”
“I use meet and greet all the time and I would highly recommend it,
My only gripe is that the parking rows are not very far apart and when you have a SUV with not much steering lock it becomes a bit of a chore getting out of the parking bay”
“Great experience! Close to the Airport, smooth drop off and pick up. Only feedback was I lost my ticket to collect my keys and was told by the staff member that so do 40% of customers. She was clearly frustrated with me and other customers. I felt like a 'told off schoolboy.' Feedback would be if this many customers are losing ticekts, why not introduce a different way, maybe on the app or email to retain the bar code to pick up the keys. That way your staff can save time, wont get frustrated with customers and my experience woudl be 5 star”
