“Very slick and well organised at drop off time and equally so when returning from holiday. Collected car at evening time and the barcode scan and key collection was very good. Have used APH before and will use again in the future. Definately recommend.”

Staff always friendly and helpful, the automated machines are a bit hit & miss, it didn't recognise our outbound flight & on our return the key collection machine was 'out of service' so keys were being issued manually (which, to be honest,, is easier & quicker).
On return to the car the radio station had been changed & the music was very loud, the temperature had been changed from 20 degrees to 28 on one side of the car & 14 degrees on the other side. Also one of the storage compartments was open (don't know why they needed to go in there). These are minor inconveniences compared to the advantage of the car being right outside the airport waiting for you.”
