“Helpful staff on arrival and a very easy short walk to the terminal. We landed at approx. 3.00am so there didn’t seem to be anyone around; however, instructions for key collection were very clear and the process couldn’t have been easier. It’s the first time we have used this facility but it’s definitely worth the slightly more expensive cost and we’ll use it every time now. Excellent service!”
“I get nervous, perhaps paranoid that I'll be unable to find the car park,my booking won't be recognised and I'll create a cue of angry holidaymakers in the process. The reality is the opposite, easy to find a car park thanks to excellent directions, easy instructions on entry and easy parking. For terminal 1, couldn't be better. On dropping off the car when nerves, excitement, call it what you will turn simple instructions into the most complicated, there was friendly guidance from a member of staff. The collection is especially simple for Terminal 1.
