“I ticked the box stating I had a blue badge and needed a disabled space for my collection. This was ignored and the car was parked some distance away which made collection difficult.”
“Arrived back from holiday, ticket said keys weren't ready for collection and to contact reception. Reception staff then had to empty two large boxes of keys searching for mine. At this point I was panicking that my car keys could not be found. Reception staff then had to manually open the key locker and found that my keys were actually inside the locker. Did not fill me with confidence and has put me off using the service again.”
“This is such a fast and easy way to park at Manchester airport. You are guided into a space on arrival and then simply drop your keys off at the nearby building. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pick up car park site directly across from the terminal 1 exit. It took five minutes to collect our keys from the locker and walk to our car, even when it was on the other side of the car park. We'll use this service every time we fly now - it's actually cheaper than some of the car parks on site anyway!”
“eturned from Dubai. The meet and greet car park is barely acceptable , poor signage, lighting that is poor and the single exit sign is barely visible from the Red Zone. Overall approaching a third world state and one that if there was a more acceptable offering I would use. The plus point is the staff are cheerful and helpfull.”
