Such an easy process. Turn up in the car. Someone directs you where to park. Hand the key in at reception and given a receipt. Straight into terminal building a few minutes walk away. On return took receipt to self service kiosk. Scanned receipt barcode and car key was in a safety box with instructions which zone and colour the car was parked in i.e blue zone A. Only trouble I had was getting out. Think that was my fault, as I missed the exit barrier otherwise smooth process start to end. Have used before and will use again. Thank you.

Have previously used Meet and Greet (both T1 and T2) numerous times and in general, things have always run pretty smnoothly. Unfortunately T1 Meet & Greet has descended into the shambles that the rest of Manchester Airport has. On arrival there are 3 lanes to enter Meet & Greet. Having pulled up to one, and nothing happening, we were told this is a staff only lane. Why? More to the point, there is no signage, no cones. This meant having to reverse into an already growing queue causing chaos (another person at the barriers couldn't get through because the ANPR didn't recognise their number plate). Once in, long queues formed at the machines to drop off your keys - meaning 2 members of staff had to be fully employed to use the machines to help customers - what's the point of having machines if the average person can use them and need a member of staff to operate? Personally I have always found the machines OK, however on this occasion one machine simply wouldnt respond to the touchscreen. I had to queue up for a further 10 minutes for a staff member to enter manually on a different computer - but was told they didnt recognise my booking (but the barriers did and let me in). It's all a shambles,. All Manchester Airport seem to be efficient at is increasing prices, for ever decreasing levels of service. Everytime I now go on holiday I will now look for alterative airports because the experience is simple unacceptable

Drop off was ok. But the instructions on the confirmation and also the slip advised on the key were not correct. It was difficult to find where the key collection was. Opposite Greggs is totally incorrect so meant that at 02.30 in the morning we were wandering round inside the terminal when we needed to exit the terminal all together. This needs to be corrected

Thought it worked really well. Dropped car of as planned, car was scanned for damage etc, keys dropped of and off we went. Return was as easy. Picked up keys and there was my car! Simples

Arriving at the airport was great but on returning after finding the car had been parked in a different section than stated on the key ticket this took the shine off an otherwise perfect park
