“Both drop off and collect was awful and chaotic. Meet and Greet is a fallacy as this is a car park that you leave your car keys at and get charged for something that does not happen! You are not meeted and greeted its an overpriced service carpark!! The automated key lockers do not work, our keys were hung up on a peg at the back of the office when we returned and the locker didn't work with our bar code....very poor security for our car. I'd like to say we would not use this service again but there are limited parking options and you are almost forced to use this parking when you drive to the airport. It seems designed to extract as much of your money as possible, rather than making it cost-effective for travelers and the whole operation is very poor.”
