“Parking was nice and easy, with a reasonable price.
Unfortunately, we had to walk back to the carpark following our return flight to Manchester as no transfer buses arrived at the designated pick up point. We wait for almost 1 hour, and saw many JetPark3 and JetPark Ringway buses go past, but no JetParks1 buses arrived. Whilst we are relatively young and fit, the 20 minute walk (with suitcases) would be a challenge for most people.
Staff on a JetParks3 bus mentioned to us that they had 'ordered' a bus for JetParks1 to come and pick us up, but it never showed in the following half an hour, hence why we walked.”
“Car park full of potholes and puddles, waited 25 minutes for a bus to the airport and return instructions were completely wrong leaving us hanging around at 1am trying to sort out!”
“Had 8 day duration parking at Jetpark1, yet dates only added to 7 on the invoice. Send 4 emails to customer services, Got one reply. Had to pay a further £15. When I teleponedthey told me to request a receipt at the barrier. No one answered at the barrier.”
“Plenty of available parking spots when we arrived, bus came quickly and short journey. Confusing on getting back to carpark, no busstop marked for Jetparks 1 which was odd so a bus driver told us to wait at the Drop and go stop. So please can you have better clearer stops at the Terminal? Everything else fine”
“When I booked jet parks 1 the information I received said that the buses ran every 15 minutes. On our return we waited nearly half an hour, the only reason the bus came was because they were told by another bus driver that we were waiting. It also said to go to bus stop 5 there isn't a bus stop 5, none of the bus stops said jet parks 1, we were told by another bus driver to wait at drop and go”
“A bit difficult to find in the dark. Did not notice the hotel on opposite side of the road. Plenty of parking spaces and bus journey very smooth there and back”
