“Convenient for all terminals, frequent bus service to and from the terminals, clean buses, friendly drivers, decent secure parking. Wouldnt use anyone else”
“Our outbound flight was from terminal 3, our inbound flight was terminal 1 and we were parked at terminal 2!!! We told the bus driver and he had to go out of his way to drop us at the correct terminal which he wasn't happy about (but thankfully he did) and when we landed we had go walk a fair distance to terminal 2 with all our luggage to get the bus. Wasn't a good experience”
“Between booking the car park and the date of my trip, the shuttle bus from JetParks 1 to terminal 3 had stopped running. I was not informed of this and only found out when I asked a driver how long it would be that the bus for T3 would be. He told me they had stopped running to T3 but he would take us and told me on our return to ask another driver to radio for someone to pick us up. We did this but waited nearly 1 hour and had to ask 3 drivers until we were picked up and taken back to JetParks 1”

Waited a couple hours arriving back from trip.
No Jetpark1 bus to pick up from terminal 1
Had to go to terminal too to get a jetpark1 bus .
So stressful”
“Car park is big with plenty of space. The buses to the airport are frequent. Getting back is an issue though, as the pickups aren't frequent and there's no way of contacting the company to find out when they're coming”
“We were flying from Terminal 1 and unfortunately the shuttle bus from Jet parks 1 does not drop off there. Luckily at 5am in the morning the kind bus driver took us there and explained that on our return we would have to make our way to Terminal 2 to get the bus back to the car park. apparently they are still saying this car park is availble even when you put in that you are flying from Terminal 1”
“First time using Jetparks 1 at Manchester Airport. Wasn't too sure how it worked when I got there, but figured it out quite easily. Really straightforward to use, found the bus Drivers very helpful. Will definitely use again.”
