“Very good parking close to the airport with regular pickups from the buses.
Friendly staff who give you time get on or off with your luggage.
The only suggestion I would say would be to improve signage at the airport side as to where pickup location is. Jetparks 3 and Ringway were clearly signed but it was no so clear for Jetparks 1 with the sign only saying onsite parking.”
“Easy to get to from A555. Being October found a space quickly. Only waited a few minutes for the shuttle to T2, passing T3 then T1 on the way.
Return bus to T2 first. Would recommend, much cheaper than alternative parking.”
“First time using JetParks 1 and would recommend it. Found a parking space and just a short walk to the bus stop. We were flying from T3 so first stop.
On our return to the car park it had been raining & found our car in a huge puddle. Bit more gravel drainage needed”
“I was disappointed on returning to the terminal to wait nearly 30 minutes for the shuttle bus despite your website stating they ran every 15 minutes and jet parks 1 was considered to be ‘onsite’. I failed to see the reason behind the delay as I returned after 8pm so there was no traffic to contend with.
Whilst waiting 2 buses for the other jet park car parks came and went along with other company’s bus services.
Finally when the jet parks 1 bus did arrive it carried on driving past the stop until I had to shout. The driver then rudely told me if I’d wanted it I should have put my arm out. To which I contested he was parked behind another bus so nobody was able to see the intended destination of the bus until he had already driven past.

“We have always used Jet Parks but do prefer Jet Parks 1 if available. On this occasion we travelled from Terminal 1 and would only ask that there was clearer signage as to the necessary bus stop. We had to wait a little longer than the 15 minutes stated for our retuning bus, but all drivers polite and helpful.”
