“The car park was an easy place to find, although the shuttle bus did wanted to take us to terminal 2 when we were flying from terminal 1, however, the driver did drop us at T1, so all good. Our return flight was delayed by 90 mins, but so far no penalty for being late, altogether a good experience, we will be using AHP again.”

“I booked this flying from terminal 3 however they only operate a bus service now and moving forward to and from terminal 2 this I am sure will be explained on jet parks 1 website however when booking through a 3rd party all terminals are listed, the bus driver on arrival had already had to go out of his way several times that day as it was not just me who had turned up for terminal 3 he was kind enough to take us near eneoigh to terminal 3 so we didn’t miss our flight, the journey back landing at terminal 3 was the same outcome with no busses going from t3 to jet parks 1 so we had to haul our luggage throughout the airport and go to t2 which should be a 15 minute walk that tuned into a 30 minute journey, the lady bus driver at t2 explained again the mix up with the jet parks 1 being booked through third parties and we we’re the only people on the bus back I am sure I’m not the only person in this situation but I wanted to highlight this to anyone that reads reviews DO NOT BOOK JETPARKS 1 IF YOUR FLYING FROM T1 or T3”
“Great location not too far from Airport (terminal 2 Manchester in our case), regular service runs, Pleanty of shelters if needed until bus arrives. Price per day competitive and location instructions easy to follow!”
“Disappointed, i have used jet parks 3 and ringway multiple times with no issue.
After landing at 1am, i spent 30 mins figuring out the pick up point. Email said bus stop 5 (there is none) its in alphabets.
Eventually the bus driver for ringway felt sorry for us and dropped us off as had no passengers on his run when he came round.”
“Very easy to access, however be aware of you have zeros and o’s in your registration the cameras find it difficult to read so leave a little extra time to check in. Overall very good service”
