“Cleanliness could have been improved. The room had not been finished or checked before we were given it. Our bathroom floor was covered in a large quantity of spilled face powder from someone's make up and the carpet had not been vacuumed. Plus the bedroom surfaces were covered in sticky substances. I had to request that someone clean it for us. Not good enough given the covid pandemic.”
“Reasonably priced with parking package with APH. Food quality good and good restaurant capacity [ unlike some other Manchester Airport hotels]. Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't have it. Slept well and would happily go there again. Just note, if you've got much luggage, walking to the terminal is probably not an option so you need to book a transfer which is not free but is inexpensive.”
“pick up service to and from airport excellent, courteous drivers, parking on site and at reception again excellent, only minor complaint was it seemed was lack of heating in room! overall though very good.”

“Very convenient for early morning flight. Was not clear on the web site that we had to pay extra for the transport to the terminal, however the receptionist was very helpful helping us to arrange the taxi.”
