“For a four star hotel you would expect complimentary water in the room.
Food choices limited. They at first would not let us eat in the bar area with a lighter meal did not want a full meal in the restaurant they eventually agreed”
“Bit of a wait to check in but once at the desk prompt service. Room was well furnished/equipped and very clean.
We had a fish and chips in the restaurant which were really good. Must also comment on the friendly and excellent service we received from our assigned waiter. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name….but having chatted to him he was an ex Geography teacher originally from Moldovia who had relocated to Manchester with his wife and children. I’m sure the Hilton will know who he is. As well as being extremely efficient he was also a really lovely young man.”
“As an airport Hotel i would of expected a free shuttle bus they had none. The morning of our flight we had to pay for one .the evening mealwas terrible my wife had to send her chicken back when she cut into it she found it running blood NOT COOKED this is after waiting for an hr for our order would not use this hotel ever again”
