“The hotel was lovely and matched our expectations. The meet and greet gentleman was very polite and helped with my questions. The only let down was the emailed instructions on how to get from terminal 2 to hotel was poor. “Walk 10 minutes on the skywalk” was useless. Those staying you will need to get out at the station and cross the road to come back on yourself. I would say 20 mins walk.”
“We were greeted at reception & checked in quickly & efficiently.
The receptionist explained evening meal & breakfast availability which was helpful, together
with transfer to terminals which used to be offered by hotel but now is chargeable as a company come to hotel to transfer this can be booked which is what we did £7.80
for the two of us one way. Breakfast was £15 per person for a full English we both had omelettes which were prepared fresh they were really good. Our room was clean we were on ground floor which we liked it was not too noisy. All in All a good hotel to stay before or after your flight. We will use again.”
“Sadly this stay was not the most relaxing, not long after we checked in they had power outage due to works being carried out was rudely woken at 3 am but all the lights coni g back on couldn’t charge phones not a good tume”
