“Car park was so full, we spent 20+mins driving round looking for a spot and ended up having to wait for someone to leave to get into their spot. It was the same when we left, someone saw us walking through the car park with our bags and asked to follow us to take our spot. Not what you need when going to the airport”
“No spaces, wonder if it had been over sold. Many people driving around aimlessly hoping for a space. We found one where someone had parked diagonally so it was a squeeze to get in.
Everything else worked well location was great, automatic barrier perfect, couldn’t follow signs to the airport terminal they was a little un clear.”
“Arriving on time, we really struggled to get a car park space. Tried every floor and just managed to get remaining place on the 5th. We have a blue badge but found extremely difficult getting any space at all. The poor couple had to manoeuvre around the houses again I find it unacceptable that holidaymakers having to find a very limited space when then needing to get a flight. We havnt had such a problem to THIS degree previously but I think bookings are way over allocated. Extremely disappointed.”
“No issues at all, simple to enter via number plate recognition, car park was very busy but found a space after not long. Simple to exit in return too. Only negative for me is the parking spaces are smaller than average.”
“Had to change reg number of car 4 days before parking started (which is allowed) but ANPR did not work when we arrived and when we tried to leave which was a real pain at midnight. had to call from barrier which took ages with idiot car drivers blowing their horns behind us.”
