“After Buying a space for 5 days for £71 at terminal 3 multistory, I thought that this would be hassle free. On arrival, we spent 25 minutes driving from top to bottom of the car park! Following many other drivers in the same situation. My wife tried to ring the support line - with no success. Eventualy we managed to get a space when someone arrived to their car. Beware - you are not gauranteed a space!”
