“I was parked on level 4. Very difficult to find a space. When we returned, level 4 was flooded in some places and it definitely flooded where I parked my car. We could not get into the car without moving the car away from the water something which was not safe to do.”
“We booked parking at Terminal 3 because our Ryanair flight was originally scheduled to depart from there. However, Ryanair later changed the departure to Terminal 1, which meant we had a long walk from Terminal 3 to Terminal 1. As a result, the premium we paid for parking close to the terminal wasn’t really worthwhile.
On the return journey, it was even more confusing. We landed at 2:30 a.m., it was raining, and there were very few staff or passengers around to ask for directions. There also appear to be two separate sections for MULTY STORY 3, which made it difficult to work out how to get back to the correct parking area. Overall, the experience was quite frustrating given the extra money we paid for convenience.”

“I fly from Manchester airport between 3-6 times a year and often used the carpark. I find it easy to book and find a space and it is secure. When booking and approaching the carpark recognises your number plate and lifts the bar immediately. I have never has any problems with this service, the carpark is well kept, no pot holes.”
