“We had pre paid for parking but there were no spaces we spent 45 mins going round and round and didn’t find a single space. We ended up coming out of the car park and the only way we could get back in was by getting a token, we eventually parked outside in the pickup area which we had no idea if this was ok. I emailed customer service to ask what to do about it and they said it would be fine. We pressed the call button at the exit and this was solved quickly.”
“Very easy to book, arriving and departing very simple. We had to drive around for a while to find a space. I have a very poor sense of direction and would have struggled to find the car on my own, zones one each level might help as it's a massive carpark.”

The ANPR did not recognise our number plate on entrance or departure.
Luckily I had all the booking information and had contacted APH after getting into the airport, whom I booked with. Jack gave me the information that we required to be able to leave the carpark without having to pay twice. As this was our first time using said carpark it was not the best impression.”
