“Very disappointed on return journey. Followed instructions and only text as stated. But still had to wait 45 minutes at terminal 2 for bus! Even phoned to find out why. Told only two drivers. I was not the only one. 20+ people at bus stop F. Appreciate out flight was delayed on Friday 2nd September. Due in at 0:50 am off plan 2:30am and texted at 3am. But I thought providing flight details to you meant you checked for delays and had a good idea of numbers expected. Two buses passed us full. Driver did his best and phone in to let office know numbers waiting. Picked car up around 4am. Could have been home if I’d parked at airport. Not experienced delays with you before. Actually saw more available Toad buses when waiting.”
“Our son is in a wheelchair and the guys were very helpful in getting him on and off the bus/coach. The coach has a lift and our son was securely fastened in via his wheelchair frame. On the way back the bus has an allocated section to house a wheelchair plus their support. The entrance and exit are all on one level so there's no nasty steps to have to negotiate.”
