“Have been using APH Manchester for year now and have always received a 1st class service. Staff are helpful and courteous even at ridiculous hours in the morning !!”

We waited over 50 mins at bus stop E terminal 1 to be collected with jo apology. This caused us to then get stuck in rush hour traffic.
I have used APH for years and now will park on-site at the airport.”

The arrival at APH and transfer to the Airport went really well
We arrived back in Manchester and as soon as we picked up our bags we texted APH as requested. The first bus took approximately 30 minutes to arrive to the designated stop only to be informed that there was insufficient room for the 20 or so people waiting, the next bus arrived 10 minutes later I.e 40 minutes after first making contact - Very poor indeed
When we finally got to our car, we noticed that the car had bird droppings on it in various areas - not sure where it had been parked”
“The transfer to the airport was good and timely, however the transfer back from the airport was very slow. We waited 45mins from the initial text. This was not a one off and has occurred on previous 2 usages of APH.
There was a lot of frequent bus transfers for other companies, but not seemingly APH. It’s a disappointing end to a holiday, we will be looking at other providers.”
