“1st time disappointed with APH. On the bus journey to the airport we were the only 2 on the bus, so the driver dropped us at arrivals and not departures, so had to fight through a pack of holidaymakers keen to get on bus. Neither the driver nor the people trying to board showed any consideration for 2 elderly passengers trying to get off with their luggage.
Waited 30 minutes for the bus to return to the car park from arrivals which I think is the longest ever.”
“I have used APH many times and generally find the service is good. An exception was last week. Having waited 25 minutes at Terminal 2 to be picked up, a single decker bus arrived. Approximately, 15 people were waiting and all were encouraged to get on the bus. This meant luggage was stored in the aisle and several people had to stand. As we arrived back at the car park, three coaches were parked outside. If the company know the approximate times of the passengers’ arrival and the numbers of people travelling, then it might be better to schedule their transport in a different way.”
“Absolutely brilliant service from APH. Dropped thd car off, given a slip with instructions for our return. Hopped straight on the bus and dropped off right outside Terminal 2. On our return we went to the pick up point just as an APH bus arrived, hopped on, within 10 minutes we were back at the depot and driving out within another 5 minutes. Happy to recommend. Was even better as we used Tesco vouchers so didn't pay a penny! Thanks APH!”

So during the day in the summer great flight times good amazing, winter as the bus stop outside T3 isn't covered, not for me”
