“I have used APH for many years and found the service to be excellent. The staff at reception are friendly and efficient. The buses are modern and clean and the driver very helpful. The buses run every 15 mins at least and the transfer runs smoothly. The bus stop on the return is near the exit. Altogether an exceedingly good service”
“The outward journey was perfect, but coming back we were delayed over 5 hours of which we sent a text. Got our luggage and sent a text as instructed. We then had to ring as the collection bus took ages to arrive. Collected our keys and told car was in row 4, eventually found it in row 2. Not happy as already tired and stressed from our delayed flight.
