“The drop off of the car and transfer to the airport was excellent. The return transfer back from the airport was poor. We waited at least half an hour at 1am, and then as the driver was in training we were taken around drop off points where there were no passengers- subsequently it was a long journey back. At that time of night, it was very frustrating fir the passengers.”

“We always use APH when flying from Manchester, it’s easy and efficient. Our only issue this time was it took 30 mins to be picked up at T2 and the bus still then went to every other terminal which was frustrating but this isn’t the norm. Would use again and hope it was a one off.”
