I’m sorry to hear that you found the instructions unclear on arrival and that you needed to contact the helpline for assistance. I understand how frustrating this can be, particularly when travelling with family and trying to get to the terminal efficiently.
The directions provided for Manchester Airport Drop & Go (P16) are the standard arrival instructions supplied by the car park operator, including the ANPR entry system, key drop point, and terminal transfer options (shuttle for Terminal 2 and a short walk for Terminal 3). These details are also sent in the booking confirmation prior to travel to help customers plan their journey in advance.
That said, we do appreciate that airport layouts and signage can sometimes still cause confusion on the day, and I’m sorry this was your experience. Your feedback is very helpful and will be passed on to the operator to help improve clarity and wayfinding where possible.

Easy to park, helpful staff on parking
Staff in the key drop off very helpful with computer and logging in etc. They are relevant to making it move quickly,so needed if using for the 1st time(and sometimes subsequent visits!)
Bus drop off and pick up great ,helpful drivers.
Key collection relatively simple
Good experience,have used Drop and Go many times and will continue to do so,so long as the prices remain competitive”
“There are very clear instructions on how to find drop and go and there are staff members in the car park directing you on where to park. Once parked there is a bit of a walk to the kiosk where you deposit your keys again the instructions are pretty straight forward, plus depending on the time of day there are staff members who can show you what to do. On your return make sure to read your receipt to see which bank of boxes you need to use then scan your ticket and it will tell you which box to open where you will find your keys and it will tell you exactly where your car is parked.”
