“A very smooth process with one significant error. The car was not in the bay it was meant to be in. I had to search the car park for about 10 minutes. It was 10 rows away. Rather frustrating after a long day of travelling.”
“Great efficient service . I was off plane and in car in 30 minutes. Only issue is its a long walk from parking to terminal so not suitable for people with mobility issues. Maybe a shuttle could be consider or mobility aids / buggies provided”
