“First time using Drop & Go. Easy to follow instructions which meant getting to the terminal with no issues with an early morning flight. The return was even easier. Will use again.”

“Straight forward to use and easy to find when driving on to the airport site. A little bit long-winded checking in on arrival, seemed to ask for quite a bit of information already provided. Easy to find keys on return. Drop & Go says you can walk to Terminal 1, but no pedestrian directional signs are provided either there or back. Getting the shuttle bus back from Terminal 2 should be straight forward but the stop sign is immediately behind a pillar so you can't actually see it when walking from the arrivals hall.”
“The parking of the car and booking in process is excellent. The only issue we had was the bus back. It was 2am and there were too many people waiting for the bus back to the drop and go centre. All passengers could not fit on the bus which meant and even longer wait. Not great at that time of the morning.”
