“Have used many times before, and we really like the service. This time, we got slapped with a £25 overstay fee. I'd booked through a 3rd party website and the return time was am not pm (so we arrived 12 hours later than it said) a mistake- but they charge for a whole day. Annoying thing is that if the details had been entered correctly, the price would have been the same as I paid as was within the same day. Anyway, great service, but make sure times are accurate else you'll pay dearly.”
