“Dropping the car off was easy. The signage was excellent and staff were available to help. On return, it was not clear where to go. However, once we got to the car park the car was ready and signage excellent.”

“I initially went to the wrong car park it was the meet and greet rather than drop and go , it let me in though through the barrier I parked the car and went to reception desk where the man there was very unhelpful and rude, if this is meet and greet and you’re paying extra for this dont bother rude gentleman very unhelpful
I went back outside and spoke to the guys who help you park and they were very helpful , a young girl with long hair , sorry don’t know her name but she was a member of airport staff she was very kind and offered to drive infront of me and show me to the correct car park just wanted to thank her she was so helpful and pleasant and it made a real difference to the start of my holiday
