“This was the first time we had used Manchester Drop and Go. It's a great system, very efficient and easy to use. The only reason I have left a 4* review instead of a 5* is the lack of signs in T1 arrivals - there were no signs directing us to the Drop and Go car park, the car park is very close to T1 and we chose to walk instead of waiting for the courtesy bus. We asked at the information desk and the staff there were very helpful.”
“Directions were good but signage was easy to miss. The service once we got there was good, and the bus was easy enough. On the way back though we waited (at 2am in the rain) for over 10 minutes before deciding to walk over (which isn’t far but when it’s pouring with rain and you have kids and cases to manage it’s a bit of a pain). So some indication that the buses are indeed 24 hours and can take up to 15 minutes (?) would be helpful. Once we’d started walking we saw 2 pass us but we hadn’t been sure they would.
Overall I would do it again, the meet and greet is easier (that’s what I thought I’d booked) but it’s still pretty easy.”
