“The process didn’t quite work out for me I’m afraid. If the process works it is a great idea. When I checked my car in the lady took my key but didn’t explain the pick up process and didn’t give me a barcode receipt. Thus, when I collected my car I had no way to get my key from the locker. I used the phone to explain and the lady said it was my fault and I was a day late. It wasn’t my fault and i wasn’t a day late. She sorted it for me but her customer service skills were very poor. Such a shame as it would have been perfect without this poor collection service. More training for staff needed.”
“I was apprehensive using drop & go but such an easy process and friendly staff available to guide you. Parked my car in the row and left my key. Collection was so easy. Scanned the code and located my car quickly. Would certainly use again and highly recommend.”
