“This was the first time we had used Drop and Go and having done it once will definitely use it again. A couple of things for improvement a map showing the route to and from the terminal entrances would have been useful we worked it out but a simple map would made it easy. The information could have included which floor the keys were collected from as you didn't find that out until you got back to car park.”
“the driver for the drop and go bus wouldn't let us on board with a cup of coffee when I had a four hour overnight flight followed by a three hour drive home. I assured him I wouldn't drink it on the bus as I needed it to stay awake while driving (this was 4 am in morning) but he wouldn't let us on unless I finished the coffee. I am not ever coming to your car park if you have such rude drivers.”
“Good service. Return bus was very crowded but the driver was a star and helped anyone who needed it with their luggage. Staff lady in key drop-off also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended parking option.”
