“Booked the car in for eight days whilst I jetted off to sunny Spain. Drop off was very efficient and only a short walk to Terminal 1.
On returning, it was very quick (no queue!) and easy to scan my receipt and pick up the car keys from the indicated box. It reminds me of Take Your Pick (yes, I'm that old!).

“The drop off was very easy but when we returned we found that the bonnet release handle had been snapped off and just left in the driver footwell. This made it difficult initially to open the bonnet as the battery was dead when we got back. It was obvious that whoever had broken it must have been aware but there was no acknowledgment at all. I won’t be using this service again.”
