“Unfortunately this time we felt very let down on our return as we were waiting almost 40 minutes for a bus to pick us up from the airport to take us to collect our car and the bus driver had no communication skills whatsoever! He really let your team down as they were fantastic at the car park on our arrival.”
“This is the first time that we have used 'Drop and Go', we normally use Meet and Greet. There was a significant price difference as were away for five weeks this time and noticed that it was only a 5 minute walk to Terminal 3, the same as Meet and Greet. We actually found it easier to find Drop and Go as we usually miss our turn which is quite stressful. We arrived mid afternoon on a Saturday, there were plenty of staff to help, they were all extremely helpful. The only one critism I would have is that one of the attendants made a point of saying that key collection is on level 1. I made a note of this but was really confused when we got back as the lift was telling us to go to level 3 for Drop and Go. We eventually did this and then followed all the arrows until we reached another lift which took us down to level 1. This was obviously where the attendant was referring to so I will know for future reference but when you are relying on what someone makes a note of telling you it becomes very stressful. Having said this, we were very impressed with the service. We have been using Meet and Greet since it was first introduced, where there were reception staff on 24 hours a day. I understand the need to use the latest technology which works really well.”
“This was my second visit to the T3 Drop & Go. Very easy and seamless parking. Excellent and helpful staff as long as you know how to find the car park.
On my first visit I could not find the Drop & Go car park. The sign to D&G is labelled just that, not Drop & Go, combined with the sign which states D&G Hire Car returns; this is really confusing. Why not give your car parks names, Cook, Columbus etc? It would be so much easier to locate them and not get mixed up with other places in what is already a busy and complicated place.
Having said that, I would not hesitate to recommend APH D&G car parks at Manchester Airport. It's excellent.”
