“We've used drop and go a lot over the years but this new system makes us think it will be the last time. The only advantage now is not having to find a parking spot. Everything else takes longer. When you get back from holiday you go to the drop and go reception and then have to go down an elevator to validate your ticket before going back up to collect your keys. Then instead of your car being next to reception and ready you have to go and find it.”
