We have now used your carpark on several occasions and only been let down once when we waited more than 30 minutes for a bus to pick us up on arrival back from holiday however it won’t stop me from booking again!”
“It was a nightmare trying to find the drop point. The instructions failed to mention that the airport signs had "D&G" instead of "Drop & Go". Moreover, on our return I noticed that a crucial sign was obstructed by overgrown vegetation. Finally, on return, it was not clear where our car was parked - which happened to be some distance from the key collection point.”
“Sorry it can't be a 5 star review. All worked very well until arriving back and we waited half an hour for pick up at terminal 1 Manchester. Not the 10 minutes as advertised. Unfortunately we could see the Drop & Go Parking but due to walking problems we had to wait at the stop.”
