All this could be printed on the QR ticket (but isn't) Yes I would use again, but only cos I now under stand the process, no thanks to D&G”
“Would have preferred to just park up in one of the on site long stay self park car parks but these don't seem to be available for periods of more than two weeks so this was the next best option for this trip.
Hadn't used Drop & Go before so was a bit apprehensive but everything worked as advertised, staff were on hand to help and transfer bus to terminals are frequent. Return was equally user friendly.
NOTE: The clearly marked Drop & Go transfer bus was waiting for us at terminal 2 on our return. There was a long queue of people but, when I asked them, they turned out to be waiting for other transfer services so we just walked to the front and boarded, which did feel a bit awkward with a few funny looks. Turned out we were the only Drop & Go customers waiting. Would be better if Drop & Go had their own stop at terminal 2.
Otherwise, felt very professionally run, reasonably priced and no hidden costs like some off site car parks so have no complaints and would recommend to others.”

“Easy to find. Just park your car in one of the lanes and drop your keys off. No worries whilst on holiday. Came back scanned the barcode at the collection point door opened with keys and where the car was parked”
“Great and easy service. Turned up, barrier recognised my registration and opened. People on site telling me where to park my car. Gave keys in at reception. When I got back from holiday, scanned the card I was given to get my keys and was told where my car was parked. No marks on the car, no excess mileage. Honestly a great and simple service!”
