“I booked this in 2023 and was able to drop my car with ease and have direct access into the airport.
This is why I booked it again but for some reason this booking involved me having to get a bus to the terminal with a child and lots of baggage.
Not ideal on the way back either as we waited for the bus in the rain”
“In the past I have used D & G several times with no problems. This time however, I returned to my car to find the drivers door no more than 10 to 12 inches away from the large SUV next to it. I, at the age of 73, had to struggle over the central console of the car to reach the drivers seat. The wing mirrors of my car had been manually pushed in and had to be left in that position to very slowly reverse the car out of the space. I then had to enquire with the garage as to how I could re-instate the automatic fold of the wing mirrors on locking the vehicle. Fortunately, no permanent damage was done to my vehicle, and hopefully, not to the one next to it. I will have to seriously consider whether to use this car park again!!”
