Fantastic service with always plenty of staff around when you drop your car off. I’ve used Drop and Go for three years running now and they never disappoint.

Despite it is APH parking there is no clear information about which bus to take back to parking. I had to ask drivers which they were not helpful. There are busses APH and there are buses drop and go with no aph written down on them. My return to car was delayed 1hr as didnt know which one bus stop to look for.

While your booking was made through APH, the service you selected was Manchester Airport’s official Drop & Go. As we act as a booking agent, APH branding would not appear on their buses. You may have seen APH-branded buses operating nearby, as these serve our own off-site car park, which can understandably add to the confusion. We hope this helps clarify the situation, and we’re sorry if the drivers were unable to provide clearer guidance at the time. Absolutely shocking I have wrote an email of complaint. I walked 58 minutes with my daughter on Tuesday after arriving back because the signs Allstate to walk to terminal three or towards terminal three which I did however then the signs stop so after walking in for 58 minutes, I then come to an outside where I have to try and cross the main road with all the suitcases signposted absolutely shocking.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear about your experience. This must have been incredibly stressful and exhausting, especially after travelling and having to walk such a long distance with your daughter and luggage. We sincerely apologise for the confusion caused by the signage and the difficulties you faced trying to return to the terminal. Our booking confirmation does advise that the car park is only within walking distance of Terminal 3, and that a shuttle bus transfer should be used when travelling to or from other terminals. However, we’re sorry if this wasn’t clear at the time or contributed to the situation you experienced. We understand you’ve mentioned submitting a complaint. As we’ve not received any direct correspondence on our side, it may have been sent to the car park provider which is generally the route we advise as per our terms and conditions.
