“Have used a few times & there’s always some minor issue , for example , your keys not being in the box , very inconvenient after a long flight.
However , a couple of weeks ago on return, I again my keys not being where they should be , I was asked to wait ( which I did for 20mins). A man then informed me that my car had been scratched during transit. Yes , things happed but the attitude & lack of care was shocking .
Will never use again.”
Dear Ms Jones,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m extremely sorry to hear about the numerous troubles you’ve had, especially after long travel, and even more so with the damage to your vehicle.
Being kept waiting and then notified of a scratch, mixed with an unprofessional attitude, is certainly upsetting and does not reflect the kind of service we seek to offer.

“For a first time user the return process was confusing and involved a lot of walking. We had chosen this option to reduce walking but this clearly didn’t work. Perhaps a link to assist occasional or first time users would improve the experience. Regards.”
“Dropping off and picking up of the keys were very simple procedures. Inter-terminal buses come very quickly and we were out of the airport in no time at all.”
“Great car park, we've used Manchester Drop and Go numerous times and always been very happy with the service. The cost is reasonable, it's on the Airport concourse and very close to T1, catching a bus to T2 is fine durng the day but the wait can be longer in the evenings and at night - I'm guessing that's due to less staff and buses being available, this can be frustrating but the same applies to waiting for a transfer to one of the off site car parks.”
“I drove from Shropshire to Manchester airport and left my car at the airport Drop & Go. After a two week holiday I collected my car and on leaving the multi storey car park I could hear a clunking noise coming from the car. My car has just been returned from the garage where they showed me the front offside spring that had broken into three pieces. The garage said that the damage to the spring and shock absorber was that bad that whoever was driving the car when it happened would have heard a loud bang probably after hitting something like a speed bump at considerable speed. Whoever was responsible must have known something serious had occured but chose not to report it.”
