“Really good quick service, especially on return at 4am we got the bus straight away and then to the locker for our key and off home. Really pleased would use again and recommend to others.”

“The actual carpark was fine and the staff generally helpful.
However there were issues!
1) the barrier didn’t lift when we arrived and we were told it was a different carpark and sent on wild goose chase to another carpark only to find we were right all along and had to go back to the original carpark at Drop and Go.
2) On returning to Manchester Airport we had to wait half an hour for the bus to pick up! (We had arrived at 7:15 pm and didn’t get out of the car park till gone 9:15pm partly because of bus wait for carpark and especially the shambles of the baggage collection area that is at Manchester Airport)
Picking up the keys was otherwise straightforward.
Not sure if any one reads these reviews! I will be personally avoiding flying from Manchester Airport whenever possible in the future!

“Instructions not clear upon return to find the Drop & Go from terminal 1.
Caught the APH bus but took us to off airport parking. Wasted an hour!
My car was left at the airport.
Will not use APH again and cannot recommend to others.”
