“Great service. Just one point….the sat nav code doesn’t take you to the right place. I got lost and very stressed! It took me a while to find the car park. Best to follow the written instructions. Could more signage be put up too? Apart from that though all was great with very friendly and helpful staff even when it was just getting light in the morning! Thank you!”
“Good efficient process . On booking in car asks if you are disabled which my husband is . On collecting car found this hadn’t been noted and car was at far side of building in a normal car park space . Not sure why they asked if they are not going to use the information.”
