“Won't ever book again through APH ! We arrived at the airport at Manchester following the instructions provided on the email, got to zone 2 but there was no car park, had to go out of zone 2 and back in again still confused and had a fee to pay, had to ask a security man, he said we needed to call a mobile number 20 mins before arrival, this was NOT clear on the email, he called the number for us, this is when we found our booking had been 'outsourced', a man came up to collect our car and went to park it 'somewhere'. We phoned the mobile on our return back into the UK and then had to pay a car park fee of £6.20 to get out so it not only cost me £78 or thereabouts, we paid to park the car in a car park and on the way out so it was nearer to £90, will always just use Manchester airport Meet & Greet in future, this is what we thought I'd booked as we've used it before, this is not a Meet & Greet until you've rung the mobile, instructions were really poor !!”
