“Not comfortable with representative who took my car. I don't approve of companies parking cars on fields, this I did not know as it is not clearly stated on your service/website. My car came back damaged but I cannot prove as I did not take pictures of my car when handed over to you, as I did not know you were taking it away from airport. Totally disappointed.”
“First time using Meet & Greet and will definitely do it again. We were earlier than they expected but that didn’t pose a problem; advised where to pull up outside airport drop off, quick check of car and it was whisked off. On return our flight was delayed; however, again not a problem, a quick phone call when we landed and advised where to collect car a short walk away and we was off. We paid £5 to leave the car park using a QR code given to us by the M&G team.”
