“The car park itself was great and the online booking process was straight forward. However, the signs at Manchester Airport no longer show the car park name T2 West, so APH - you need to update your instructions regarding which signs to follow and car park we had booked onto. We ended up not knowing where to go, which delayed us, and it was only down to luck that we ended up in the right place.”
“Great airport car park plenty of room and 2 minutes to departure lounge. A little more expensive than some of the other car parks but worth the extra for the convinence of being so close especially as our flight home arrived after midnight.”
“We tried to leave the car park at 5.30pm on Saturday evening, but encountered a queue of traffic backed up to level 6, apparently due to an exit barrier issue. The length of time it took to get someone to man the barrier to physically let cars out was unnecessary, and it took us over an hour to leave the car park”
“Convenient and much easier than older multi-stories. However, the ANPR just didn't work properly for prepaid booking. I arrived and the barrier did not raise and my car reg was not recognised. Soni had to take a token. On return and exit, long queues as many cars who had prepaid appeared to be stuck at barriers as they would not open. When I eventually got to barrier it didn't open and I had to call help who eventually opened the barrier. Maybe teething problems but it needs to be a lot slicker for prepaid bookings.”
