“I prepaid my parking and realised after I had parked and gotten to the hotel that I hav put my return as 12pm not 12am. I emailed to get it sorted and they said no problem you can pay as you leave. When I left they charged me £307 for the extra hours. Accorging to the website there is a 6 hour grace period and I picked up the car at 9pm meaning they charged me £307 for 3 hours. I am so upset about the whole situation.”

I’m glad to confirm that we were able to resolve this for you yesterday. The car park has refunded £245.60, which reflects the £307 charge minus the £61.40 overstay fee. For clarity, your booking was prepaid until 12:00pm on 17th November, and your exit time was 20:09pm the same day — an overstay of just over eight hours, which is why the overstay charge was applied.

“The only problem we had was the sign posting on approaching roads to T2 West Multistorey is extremely poor, we ended up passing through the drop off point! before we staopped and asked directions.”
“Easy enough to find from directions given. Short walk to terminal building. Had a problem getting out for some reason but there was a staff member nearby who was able to sort it for me. Apparently there’s a button to call for assistance but was dark and couldn’t see it.”
