Apart from signage to the car park, which is rather confusing, all other aspects of the parking were very good. The location is right at departures with easy pedestrian access, which was great for a family of seven with luggage and young children. I must thank the customer service team in particular for their assistance in resolving an issue that I had upon arrival at an exceptionally busy time when the ANPR did not work and staff were extremely busy. Although pre-booked the only way to enter was to take a token, but the issue was resolved whilst abroad and a very understanding young lady sorted it immediately upon our late departure from the car park. Thank you.

Only issue was finding the entrance for P3 car park. Signage not big enough, lots of cars were confused. Also when in the car park signage not clear of where the lifts are, fortunately found an attendant who pointed us in the right direction.

The car park is walking distance to T2 and under cover. The issue us the change if name. On approach to the terminal there are no signs for T2 West but instead P3! Yet on the booking and the signs inside the terminal on return it is still T2 West.. Even this review has referred to it as T2 West. It should therefore still say T2 West on the signage from the airport!

Whilst it's brilliantly located next to Terminal 2, we had huge issues waiting for a lift upto floor 6 where our car was. It took almost 40 minutes for a lift, along with 50 plus people who were waiting. Once a lift became available, it was almost a rugby scrum to get in the lift and once in more and more people were pushing to get in. When leaving the Carpark the barrier wouldn't lift as the attendant who was trying to clear the huge queue. He asked for a token but I explained that it was pre paid....he did eventually manage to get in touch with the team to confirm, but it was not as swift as I expected. As I had added almost 2 hours to our collection time, I was panicking slightly as we were getting very close to going over our time!

The car park itself was great and the online booking process was straight forward. However, the signs at Manchester Airport no longer show the car park name T2 West, so APH - you need to update your instructions regarding which signs to follow and car park we had booked onto. We ended up not knowing where to go, which delayed us, and it was only down to luck that we ended up in the right place.
