The exit at T2 West is shocking we were queuing from the second floor to exit. There are only 2 exit points and that needs to be resolved

Signage rubbish as it's now called P3. Instructions said ANPR but had to take a token. 20 minute queue to exit because not recognising number plates then tried to charge me £420 when I'd pre-booked and paid. It was also the most expensive option. Absolute pain. Exit signage is also poor. The only good thing is the proximity to the terminal.

Difficult to access with virtually no traffic signposting (that i could see) to T2 West from M60. Once in after inadvertently being shunted up the drop and go ramp, it was difficult to find a space. Ended up on level 5. Not a problem until trying to exit at arounf 5.15pm then the nightmare began. The ramps were static with cars, the car park access to exits were blocked with cars. No staff around trying to managed traffic... 30 minutes later on ground level only two barriers working! No staff. Utter carnage. Will definitely consider other parking or even uber options before using this hellish car park again!
