“Camera failed to recognise my car registration on exit. Took an age for my call to be answered and let me out. Given the queue I clearly wasn’t the only one.
It took longer from landing to exiting the car park than the flight time from Düsseldorf to Manchester.”

Negatives: 25-50 minutes waiting queue to exit!!! With only 1 (ONE!!!) Exit gate!!! You really must redesign the ground floor drop off/pick up and main parking exit!!!
