“Initially found it difficult to find a parking space. The car park was extremely close to the terminal. On our return we had a problem with exiting as We hadn’t read the booking information correctly prior to entering the car park. We had taken a disc when the information clearly states not to. However, our problem was resolved by a very helpful man on the end of the helpline button. He quickly noted that we had also input our registration wrongly when booking. He was able to override the charge and allowed us to leave. He was very calm and professional. We are booking again later today.”
“Brilliant car park to use for travelling out of Terminal 2. Was able to park on level 3 which is straight into departures. Used the car park night before travel also to do twilight bag drop and made it so easy. Next morning on arriving for our flight was a 2 minute walk straight into departures and into security. Saved a great deal of time. Access and egress was great. Highly recommend this car park.”
