“Really disappointed with my experience at MBW. I have used this company in numerous occasions over the last 5 years and would have always given 5 stars but my most recent experience was poor at best. I followed their procedure and called them once I had collected my luggage and went straight to the car collection point. My car was waiting for me but I was greeted with “you have 5 minutes left to get out of the car park.” When I reached the exit barriers I had to pay a further £6.50 to exit. Will be re-thinking my parking arrangements for the next trip.”
“Good reliable service - never had a problem! Heathrow T2 has an issue where the drop off / pick up zone is after the Uber zone and has led to severe congestion and nearly missing a flight.”
