“Poorly signposted at entrance to car park, initially went to level 1 meet and greet, only to find you were on level 4. £16.50 parking charge for that mistake.”
“Very disappointed on all levels - meet and greet is a loose term with scruffy staff pointing and mumbling where to go on arrival. On collection, the member of staff behind a screen was friendly. When I called to say we were in the luggage hall, I was informed that the car had just arrived - on our departure from the car park, we were informed that we had to pay £9.10 as we'd gone over the allocated time of departure - I telephoned to be rudely told that MBW were not liable and I would have to pay it on top of the original purchase of £201 saying that I had taken too long to depart the car park - we were not told at any time a specific time we had to leave. Would not recommend on any level”
“It's a good company, my go-to meet and greet provider at Heathrow but God forbid your airline cancels your flight. As it happens, this was the case last weekend and MBW made me pay and additional 60% of the original parking price to re-arrange the dates. Not ideal. This experience has meant I'll be reconsidering using this service in the future and would advise others to be careful when choosing their parking provider at Heathrow.”
“Staff were helpful and explained what was the procedure. My car was waiting for me when I arrived back at Heathrow Airport.
Only criticism is that directions when picking up my car were non existence, had to ask for directions.”
