“I have been a regular user of MBW for a number of years. On both occasions over the last few weeks I have experienced poor service.
I flew back into Heathrow T5 yesterday and waited 50 minutes for my car to be returned. In addition when calling to chase it up I was lied to. I was told the car was on its way, but I could see from the tracker on my phone that it had been unlocked, the windows opened and then relocked and was still at the storage facility. The excuse for late delivery was apparently heavy traffic - must have been very heavy to take 50 minutes from Hounslow to Heathrow Airport.
Needless to say I won’t be using MBW again!”
“All worked very smoothly and the staff were very friendly. Our return flight was late and and our car was ready and waiting so we lost no further time.”
“MBW have been great. I messed up and booked the wrong terminal so all my paperwork was at T2 instead of T3 . I also booked to pick up the day before we landed as I had forgot we had a night flight so landed the mext morning!. They were really good as I was panicking but they sorted it all out for us. Will definitely be using again. Have used other companies before but I liked them because they have a desk at the entrance which is great.”
“Drop off was fine but pick up was poor. Took too long for the car to come (the man in front apparently waited an hour). Probably wouldn’t use them again, after a flight the last thing you need is a long wait for your car!”
